Belly Fat can be explained as Excess abdominal fat, the kind of fat that surrounds your organs and puffs your stomach. And some of us have this problem.
There are lots of ways of dealing with body fat issues, & we are going to learn some tonight
Many things can make one fat. Not just belly though. Here, I'll give preparation of a drink that can help reduce fat. Both belly and all our body.
But one thing I've notice is that, some people take this drink and still remain fat or even get fatter. Its not enough to just depend on one thing if you really want to shed fat.
*1st, Exercise*
*2nd, avoid junk foods and avoid too much food*
*3rd, Avoid too much rest; put your mind and body to work*
*Then, when walking, try to tuck in your stomach*. It makes the stomach look flat and also gives you good pronunciation of words, even makes you look taller
Then take this drink

*Ingredients*

- Grated ginger
- Cucumber
- Lemon/lime
- Mint leaves
- Water.

*Preparations*
*****************
▪Grate the ginger, put the sliced cucumber, lime, and mint leaves into the water
▪Leave till the next day and drink whenever you are thirsty for a fast result or morning on empty stomach, and night before you go to bed.
*Note, don't eat heavy meals (swallows such as fufu, bank etc..) at night*
*Don't eat food after 6pm*
You can just take fruits.
Do this continuously and see changes in your body... Especially your belly
*NB*: Peppermint has been noted to have a negative effect on milk production for lactating mothers. Therefore *to be safe, this drink is not recommended for lactating mothers*.
*Peppermint is only one type of mint leaves*
